NDIS Support Services Designed Around You

Every participant we work with needs something a little different. That’s really the starting point for how Zoe Care Support Services approaches NDIS support services — not a fixed package, but support built around your goals, your preferences, and how you actually want your day to run.

Our Support Services

No two support plans look quite the same here. Some participants want help with a handful of specific tasks. Others need more hands-on daily support. Either way, what follows is shaped by individual goals and, where relevant, by what’s in your NDIS plan.

Personal Care and Daily Living Support

This covers the everyday things  personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, general routines. It’s personal, so privacy and dignity aren’t negotiable. Our support workers don’t walk in with a set way of doing things; they ask what works for you and follow that. Small decisions matter here. Who helps, how, and when that stays in the participant’s hands as much as possible.

Assistance with Appointments and Transportation

Getting to a medical appointment or the shops shouldn’t be the hardest part of someone’s week. We assist with travel and transport where it’s part of a participant’s support arrangements, whether that’s a regular appointment, a trip to the shopping centre, or getting to a community event. Arrangements depend on individual circumstances, so this is something we talk through directly rather than assume.

Development of Life Skills

Cooking a meal from scratch. Sticking to a budget. Having a difficult conversation. These are the kinds of things this support focuses on  practical, everyday skills that build toward more independent living. We go at whatever pace suits the person. There’s no set timeline, and there shouldn’t be.

Respite and In-Home Support

Cleaning, laundry, meal prep, general upkeep around the home—support here is fairly hands-on and practical. For a lot of participants, this is what keeps a home feeling manageable rather than overwhelming. We try to work with existing routines instead of rewriting them from scratch.

Community Access and Social Engagement

Staying connected matters. Support workers help participants get out and involved a local class, catching up with friends, trying something new. What “involved” looks like is entirely up to the participant. Our role is to help make it happen, not decide what it should be.

Companionship and Emotional Support

For participants who enjoy a group setting, centre-based activities offer a different kind of support  social interaction, skill-building, shared experiences with others working toward similar goals. It suits some people better than one-on-one support, and that’s a fair option to have.

Our Approach

We start by listening, properly. Not a box-ticking intake conversation, but actually understanding what someone wants their week to look like. From there it’s collaborative  support workers and participants figuring things out together, with honest conversations along the way about what’s working and what isn’t. Independence gets built at whatever pace fits the person. We don’t rush it, and we don’t assume it either.

Who We Support

Zoe Care Support Services supports people with disability, along with their families, carers and support coordinators, through personalised NDIS support services. Every participant has different goals, routines and preferences, so we work collaboratively to provide support that reflects their individual needs and helps them build greater independence and confidence.

Before support begins

We take the time to understand each person’s goals, routines and preferences.

Why Choose Zoe Care Support Services

Registered as an NDIS Provider, our team brings genuine care to the work rather than treating it as routine. Support is built around the individual, not applied from a template. We speak English, Arabic, Assyrian and Filipino, which helps a lot of families feel properly understood. We take the time to understand each participant’s goals, preferences and routines so our support reflects what matters most to them. Communication stays honest throughout, even when that means a harder conversation.
