Care that's built around you, not a standard package

Zoe Care Support Services is a Registered NDIS Provider committed to supporting people with disability through respectful, person-centred and genuinely personalised care. We’re dedicated to delivering support that’s tailored to the individual—not a standard package applied to everyone the same way.

Before support begins

We take the time to understand each person’s goals, routines and preferences.

Who We Are

Zoe Care Support Services works alongside people with disability, their families and their broader support networks to provide disability support services that make a real difference in everyday life. As a Registered NDIS Provider, we meet the quality and safety standards participants and families expect.

Before any support begins, we take the time to understand what matters to each person  their goals, their routines, their preferences. That understanding shapes everything we do from there.

Our Mission

We exist to support people with disability to live independently, participate in their communities and make their own choices about their own lives. That means encouraging inclusion rather than assuming what someone needs, and delivering quality disability support that respects the person receiving it, not just the plan behind it.

Our Approach

Support only works when it starts with listening. We ask questions, we pay attention, and we shape our support around the answers rather than a predetermined model.

From there, our approach is genuinely person-centred. We work collaboratively with participants and, where appropriate, with families and other support workers involved in a person’s life. Honest communication runs through all of it  if something isn’t working, we’ll say so, and we expect the same openness in return. Respect for participant choice sits at the centre of every decision we make.

Our Values

Our Mission

We approach every person and every situation with genuine care. Support isn't just about tasks completed  it's about how people are treated along the way.

Respect

We respect each participant's right to make their own decisions, live their own way and be treated as the expert in their own life.

Integrity

We do what we say we'll do, and we communicate honestly, even when a conversation is difficult.

Inclusion

We support participants to be part of their community, not separate from it, and we value diversity within our team and among the people we support.

Independence

Wherever possible, our support is designed to build confidence and capability, not dependence.

Supporting Our Community

Zoe Care Support Services supports people with disability, along with their families, carers and support coordinators, through personalised NDIS support. We believe strong relationships, open communication and an understanding of each participant’s individual goals are what make quality support meaningful and effective.

Our team communicates in English, Arabic, Assyrian and Filipino, which helps us connect more genuinely with participants and families from different backgrounds and ensures support is easier to understand and access.
