About

Zoe Care Support Services

Zoe Care Support Services is a Registered NDIS Provider committed to supporting people with disability through personalised, person-centred care. We support people with disability to live with greater independence, connect with their community and receive care that genuinely reflects who they are.

Our approach is simple: listen first, then support accordingly. Every participant has different goals routines and preferences, and our team takes the time to understand what matters most before support begins. Compassion, respect and honest communication guide everything we do  and we work hard to earn the trust our participants place in us.

Our NDIS Support Services

We provide a broad range of NDIS support services designed around each participant’s individual needs. Our Support Services page covers each area in more detail, but here’s a brief overview of what we offer.

Personal Care and Daily Living Support

This covers the everyday things  personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, general routines. It’s personal, so privacy and dignity aren’t negotiable. Our support workers don’t walk in with a set way of doing things; they ask what works for you and follow that. Small decisions matter here. Who helps, how, and when that stays in the participant’s hands as much as possible.

Assistance with Appointments and Transportation

Getting to a medical appointment or the shops shouldn’t be the hardest part of someone’s week. We assist with travel and transport where it’s part of a participant’s support arrangements, whether that’s a regular appointment, a trip to the shopping centre, or getting to a community event. Arrangements depend on individual circumstances, so this is something we talk through directly rather than assume.

Development of Life Skills

Cooking a meal from scratch. Sticking to a budget. Having a difficult conversation. These are the kinds of things this support focuses on  practical, everyday skills that build toward more independent living. We go at whatever pace suits the person. There’s no set timeline, and there shouldn’t be.

Respite and In-Home Support

Cleaning, laundry, meal prep, general upkeep around the home—support here is fairly hands-on and practical. For a lot of participants, this is what keeps a home feeling manageable rather than overwhelming. We try to work with existing routines instead of rewriting them from scratch.

Community Access and Social Engagement

Staying connected matters. Support workers help participants get out and involved a local class, catching up with friends, trying something new. What “involved” looks like is entirely up to the participant. Our role is to help make it happen, not decide what it should be.

Companionship and Emotional Support

For participants who enjoy a group setting, centre-based activities offer a different kind of support  social interaction, skill-building, shared experiences with others working toward similar goals. It suits some people better than one-on-one support, and that’s a fair option to have.

Our Approach

We start every relationship by listening. Before any support begins, we take time to understand a participant’s goals, routines and preferences, rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.

From there, we work collaboratively  with participants, families and other supports involved in a person’s life  to shape a plan that feels right. We respect the choices participants make about their own lives, and we focus on encouraging independence and building confidence along the way, whether that’s through daily living support or getting more involved in the local community.
